How long does it take for me to receive my order?
All orders are shipped by Priority and should arrive within 1 to 3 days
What is your return and exchange policy?
- We cannot take back any supplement products that have either been opened or are not in like new condition. For all other products, they must be returned in the original packaging in like new condition.
- We cannot take back products 60 days after date of purchase.
- Below is the address to send back any unopened products. If you do not send your return back to the address below, your refund may be delayed up to 45 days.

It is important you send back any packages by a method that you can both insure and track the delivery, in case there are any problems with delivery.
It is also important that you either enclose a copy of your original invoice or a letter with your name, address and phone, stating the reasons you are making the return.
As soon as we receive the returned items, we’ll process your refund less our standard restocking fee of 15% and a refund check will be sent to you within 10 days. In the sad case where your dog has died prior to you receiving your order, the restocking fee does not apply.
